It is mainly used in motors installed in office automation equipment.
It is mainly used in motors mounted on office automation equipment. In recent years, as lightweight and thin designs have been demanded, we have established production technology for micro shafts with a diameter of 0.6 mm and a length of 1.7 mm, or ultra-precision rollers with a diameter of 1.0 mm and a length of 1.45 mm.

Our company was established in 1978 in Daimaru, Inagi City, with the aim of performing spherical grinding processing on capstan shafts and motor shafts. Until then, spherical processing was done by cutting, pulling each piece with a lathe. However, we raised issues with manufacturers, repeatedly made design changes, and achieved precise grinding of the shaft end face R parts using grinding wheels, significantly improving runout against the shaft center, surface finish accuracy, overall length accuracy, and mass production effects. We have been dedicated to the grinding processing of shaft end faces for a long time, but in 1991, we introduced our first centerless grinder to handle the production of micro shafts. By early 1994, we established mass production technology for precision grinding of φ0.6 shafts, and we continue to this day. We are determined to establish precision grinding processing technology for ultra-small diameter shafts of φ0.6 and below, which is expected to be in demand in the future.
