【Features】 ○ The function of the added elements suppresses organizational changes, allowing most steel materials used in automobile bodies to be safely welded. ○ The welding metal achieves high strength of approximately 890 MPa immediately after welding and up to about 1100 MPa after self-hardening. ○ The work hardening characteristics of the welding metal result in excellent fatigue strength properties. ○ With chromium accounting for over 30% of the alloy components, high corrosion resistance is achieved. ○ The solidification rate of the welding metal is slower than that of the base material, reducing shrinkage during cooling and demonstrating excellent distortion resistance. ○ Because it can be used with low voltage and current, the molten area is localized, minimizing the occurrence of the heat-affected zone (HAZ). ○ By eliminating copper plating, environmental impact from plating is reduced from the wire manufacturing stage. ○ Using argon-based mixed gas instead of carbon dioxide for shielding gas can reduce CO2 emissions during work to less than one-fifth. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
