Applications/Examples of results
It is effective for all types of carboxylic acids, particularly excelling in the direct separation of acylated and urethanized amino acids, as well as dansyl amino acids. Methanol containing ammonium acetate can be used as the mobile phase, making it applicable for LC-MS. With OA-3100R, OA-3200R, and OA-3300S, it is possible to reverse the elution order.
