It exhibits excellent separation for compounds such as amino acids and oxycarboxylic acids. It is effective for compounds such as β-amino acids and oxycarboxylic acids. Compounds that are difficult to detect with UV detectors, such as valine, can be detected at 254 nm. With the OA-6000R and OA-6100R, it is possible to reverse the elution order.
