Applications/Examples of results
It is effective for the separation of optical isomers of amines with primary amino groups. Since it is a chemically bonded stationary phase, there are fewer restrictions on the mobile phase, allowing for the use of both normal-phase and reverse-phase mobile phases. Therefore, it has a wide range of amine compounds for separation, and it is particularly optimal for the separation of strongly retained hydrophobic amines.
