<Features> - Separation using a reverse phase mobile phase is possible. - SUMICHIRAL AGP is used for the direct separation of a wide range of pharmaceutical optical isomers, including acidic, basic, and neutral compounds. It is often used with acetate-based buffer solutions as the mobile phase and can also be used as a column for LC/MS. - SUMICHIRAL CBH is particularly effective for the separation of optical isomers of basic compounds. - SUMICHIRAL HSA is particularly effective for the separation of optical isomers of acidic compounds. - Selectivity and retention time can be controlled by varying the composition of the mobile phase (pH, concentration, type of solvent, temperature).
