Currently, micro lenses and micro lens arrays are capable of more precise manufacturing. Our company provides a system for measuring the transmitted wavefront aberration of micro lenses using our unique technology, along with micro lens evaluation. Using an interferometer, we design and manufacture systems that allow for user customization within a lens diameter range of 30μm to 500μm and wavelengths of 633nm, 1310nm, and 1550nm. By utilizing 1310nm and 1550nm, evaluation of micro lenses in the communication field becomes possible.
