**Features** - By supplying the spout pack and cap to the holder, it ensures reliable filling and capping. - The layout consolidates component supply and visual inspection in one location, allowing one operator to perform filling and capping, demonstrating high labor-saving efficiency. - By replacing the eight holder parts, various sizes of spouts can be used. Additionally, there are few restrictions on pouch shapes, enabling filling of spout bottles with pillars. It also accommodates filling of PET bottles, and the holder can be easily replaced. - It supports filling of high-viscosity products (such as miso and wasabi) as well as liquids. It can memorize up to 99 product types, making product changeovers easy. - All operations are controlled by AC servo motors, eliminating the need for replacement of parts like cams. - The capper is equipped with a servo capper that excels in adaptability to new products and reproducibility. - The newly developed base machine houses all equipment within the table, offering excellent operability and maintainability.
