Automatic removal machine for injection molded products [Automatically removes resin products and runners]
3/5-axis full servo traverse type extractor (sigma5 series)
Automatically removes resin products and runners from the injection molding machine! Uses the most precise and high-quality materials possible, known for their durability!
This is a robot that automatically removes products and runners (the pathways for resin) from a plastic injection molding machine. The method of manufacturing plastic products and parts involves heating and melting the material, pouring it into a metal mold, and then cooling and solidifying it, known as the "injection molding method." This "injection molding method" allows for the production of many identical products from a single mold, making it widely adopted as a cost-effective way to manufacture plastic products and parts in large quantities. 【Features】 ● Precise and robust structure High-quality materials are used for components to ensure precision and durability. Additionally, it has a high load capacity. ● Reliable interlock The product is equipped with interlocks in various places to ensure that operators do not get injured and that important molds are not damaged. ● Multifunctional and versatile It comes standard with a variety of high-functionality operation software, allowing customers to fully utilize the capabilities of the equipment. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.

In the past, the production of plastic parts for our company's products, such as fountain pens and ballpoint pens, required one worker per injection molding machine, who operated around the clock in three shifts to remove the molded products from the molds. In 1967, with the aim of improving this removal process, we began developing an automatic removal device for injection-molded products, and in 1969, the prototype RX-0 was completed. At this point, we became the fifth member of the Japan Robot Industry Association. In the following year, 1970, we exhibited and presented at the 3rd Japan Plastics Fair, starting external sales and launching the operations of this division. Since then, we have advanced our technology acquisition and development to meet customer demands, designing and manufacturing advanced post-processing machines such as assembly and inspection devices that require sophisticated technology. Our machine design and control technology, known as "Technology Sailor," along with our expertise in chemistry and metal technology in writing instrument manufacturing, have contributed to improving productivity and quality across various industries, including medical devices, food containers, and media-related products such as CDs, MDs, and DVDs.
