The QEPro spectrometer is a high-sensitivity multi-channel spectrometer equipped with a rear-incident 2D FFT-CCD. It allows for buffering of up to 15,000 spectra for high-speed data acquisition. By buffering spectra with timestamps via USB communication, it maintains data integrity. Additionally, low-noise electronics and an 18-bit A/D converter provide a wide dynamic range and high sensitivity. The interchangeable slit QEPro spectrometer is ideal for a variety of applications, ranging from high-sensitivity measurements such as fluorescence measurement, DNA sequencing, and Raman spectroscopy to measurements requiring high resolution and stability. Furthermore, an optional built-in shutter can be installed, making it easy to acquire dark signals during measurements, which is particularly suitable for applications where light shielding is difficult, such as in device integration.
