■Filling Test Items ●Lipstick Mold Filling is performed using our patented bearing mold. ●Lipstick Back Filling Using oblique, capsule, rubber, and metal molds, filling is done with our patented jacket nozzle in a lifting manner. Options such as heating, core processing, cooling plates, and heating plates can be added. ●Lip Gloss With large glitter, filling is done without clogging in the nozzle even with a squeeze bottle. Additionally, options for static removal and rotational filling allow for uniform filling of glitter and pearls. ●Eyebrow/Lip Liner Using metal molds, fine shafts with diameters of φ1.5 to φ3.0 are filled and automatically loaded into containers. ●Gold Plate Melting material is poured into the gold plate. Options for heating, cooling, and vibration re-melting mechanisms can be added. ●Gold Plate Back Filling The gold plate is inverted on cloth, and the melting material is filled through the hole on the back of the gold plate. The product surface will have a cloth texture, resulting in a matte finish similar to powder products without gloss. ●Mascara With long fibers, filling is done without clogging in the nozzle even with a squeeze bottle. ●Wooden Shaft Filling is performed in a lifting manner using an ultra-fine nozzle.
