A screening machine with a smaller required power compared to other types, and easy to replace the sieve.
The structure consists of a drive unit (gyre box) and a vibration frame sieve, with the drive unit located on the raw material supply side. The drive unit features a vertical eccentric shaft, which drives the entire screen. Its movement on the horizontal plane performs circular motion at the raw material supply inlet, reciprocating motion near the discharge outlet, and elliptical motion as a combination of these in the intermediate section. Therefore, the raw materials introduced from the supply inlet are quickly and evenly distributed across the sieve mesh, effectively utilizing almost the entire surface of the sieve. Additionally, there are tapping balls underneath the sieve mesh, and during movement, the rebound action of the balls vibrates the sieve mesh, preventing clogging.
