By multiplexing the rolling surface and adopting small-diameter rollers, the number of rollers is approximately five times greater compared to the conventional cross roller ring RU type (in the case of RW228). While maintaining compactness, rigidity and precision have been improved, and torque reduction has also been achieved. Additionally, the integral structure of the inner and outer rings is equipped with mounting holes, allowing for direct fixation to the device.

●High Rigidity, High Precision The inner and outer rings of the RW type are designed as a single structure to achieve high component rigidity. Both the inner and outer rings have mounting bolt holes processed, and by optimally designing the size and number of these bolt holes, deformation of the rolling surface due to mounting can be minimized, resulting in stable rotational performance. Additionally, improvements in processing accuracy enable high rotational precision. ●Low Torque The RW type employs small diameter rollers, which reduces the friction coefficient, achieving low torque and low temperature rise characteristics. ●Increased Rigidity The RW type has dimensions nearly identical to the conventional cross roller ring RU type, yet it improves rigidity by doubling the number of raceway rows and adopting a DB structure compared to the RU type.
