■High-Precision Compact 3-Axis NC Cutting Machine The MM100 is a high-speed, high-precision compact NC cutting machine that enables the processing of difficult-to-cut materials such as ceramics, glass, titanium, and copper. It can be used not only for part processing in production environments but also as a small engraving machine for fine engravings like letters and marks, or as a small NC working machine for educational purposes. ■Customized Solutions for Applications To effectively utilize the limited processing area, work stages and work-holding jigs are custom-made according to the customer's needs and integrated into the MM100 body. This is a concept unique to compact machines that eliminates unnecessary costs. ■Adoption of Precision Ball Screws and Linear Guides Equipped with AC servo motors, precision ball screws, and linear guides, this small machine enables high-precision cutting, making it suitable for small-scale production of precision parts. ■High-Speed Spindle with Maximum 50,000 RPM The machine is equipped with a high-speed spindle capable of up to 50,000 RPM, allowing for the processing of difficult-to-cut materials and engraving with small-diameter tools. ■Auto Tool Changer (Optional) The MM100 can be equipped with four ATCs within its operational range, enabling complex programs that use multiple tools and allowing for long-duration processing.
