High-precision temperature measurement of the target using immersion, penetration, surface, or air probes with Pt100 or Pt1000 sensors. Three-wire or four-wire Pt100 sensors and two-wire Pt1000 sensors can be used. The thermometer's resolution is 0.01°C in the range of ±199.99°C and 0.1°C in other ranges. The temperature probe is equipped with an automatic recognition module (SICRAM) that memorizes the calibration details from the factory. The HD2107.2 can store up to 80,000 measurement data points as a data logger, and the stored data can be transmitted to a PC via RS232C and USB2.0. The data storage interval, print content, and baud rate can be set via the menu. The MAX-MIN-AVG function displays the maximum, minimum, and average values over any specified time. Other features include the REL (deviation measurement) function that displays the deviation (positive or negative value) based on the measurement at any moment, a HOLD function, and a user-definable auto power-off function.
