Practical in nature, the X-Valve incorporates all functional features within a body that is molded from PBT (polyethylene terephthalate) reinforced with glass fibers. With this capability, the X-Valve is said to be the smallest electromagnetic valve available in the world. It features an integrated structure that incorporates all functions into a molded body made of glass fiber reinforced PBT. As a result, there are no potential leak points, significantly improving reliability. Its lifespan exceeds 25 million cycles, and even in harsh environments, it excels in control, responsiveness (under 20ms), and tracking, handling flow rates that far surpass those of typical small valves in the 200 kPa class.
