You will need to import the work images into your PC in advance, but by playing them back on the software and clicking with the mouse, you can obtain the time values for each element of the work. By using the sampling function, you can also calculate the average values for each element of the work within this software. Once this is completed, the software will generate reports such as standard work combination sheets and process capability charts. If you save the images on your PC as well, you can conduct work guidance, improvement discussions, and confirm before-and-after improvements at any time. It allows for time measurement that was previously done on-site using a stopwatch or by recording video and measuring with a stopwatch, now possible through mouse clicks on PC software. Once the time is measured, it can immediately output standard work combination sheets and process capability charts. It also supports wave line display for walking and return work display. With the dual screen display function, it enables comparisons before and after improvements, comparisons between worker A and worker B, and checks for variations in work.
