The special specification of perfluoroelastomer seals, Isolast Plus, was developed to dramatically reduce the risk of contamination in the processing of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, as well as in the fields of medicine and biotechnology. Sealing materials manufactured from Isolast Plus J9515 (black) or J9516 (white) are fully compliant with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) regulations and also meet USP Class VI (the material standards for use in pharmaceuticals set by the U.S. Pharmacopeia). Certificates can be provided upon request. Furthermore, this sealing material is designed and developed to withstand the most severe solvents, including powerful cleaning agents, and we can provide all types of seals, from O-rings to custom-molded products and metal-bonded seals.
