This is a flange specifically for an orifice with a pressure port.
This method, known as flange tapping, involves taking differential pressure measurements from positions 25.4 mm above and below the plate to measure flow rate. Since the flange itself is equipped with differential pressure extraction, there is less concern about internal fluid leakage, making it widely used from low to high pressure.

basic information
【Overview】 There are standards for orifice flanges such as JPI, API, and ANSI, but there is no JIS standard for orifice flanges, so we have thickened the flange part to accommodate this. (The outer shape, bolt pitch, and face diameter are based on JIS standard pipe flange dimensions.) We offer two types: butt-welded type (Weld Neck WN) and slip-on type (Slip-On SO). Additionally, we can accommodate various face shapes according to each standard, including FF, RF, RTJ, and tongue & groove. In terms of materials, SFVC2A, S25C, SUSF304, and A105 are commonly used, but we also handle various other materials such as low-temperature and high-temperature materials, so please feel free to consult us.
