The engine's lubricant oil temperature is controlled to remain constant within the range of 40°C to 150°C.
【E/G Lubricating Oil Temperature Control Device】 - It maintains the engine's lubricating oil temperature within a range of 40°C to 150°C. - There are two types of lubricating oil temperature control: direct cooling type, which cools the lubricating oil directly using a heat exchanger, and indirect cooling type, which sprays cooling water towards the engine oil pan to indirectly cool the lubricating oil. - The indirect cooling type sprays cooling water from a nozzle installed on the outer surface of the oil pan to control the temperature of the lubricating oil. - The direct cooling type extracts the lubricating oil from the oil pan or oil cooler inlet, circulates it through the temperature control device, and returns it to the oil pan or oil cooler outlet. It cools the engine lubricating oil (primary side) using a heat exchanger for temperature control. The temperature regulator employs a digital PID control SSR drive method, allowing for temperature control within ±2°C of the optimal condition.
