[Overview] This is a comprehensive performance testing device for internal combustion engines, designed for gasoline and diesel engines used on land, arranged on a base plate with considerations for compactness, vibration resistance, and noise resistance. It enables various comprehensive performance tests in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B-8002 for performance testing methods of reciprocating internal combustion engines and JIS D-1001 for output testing methods of automotive engines, as well as tests based on intake pressure standards, throttle valve opening standards, torque standards, and allows for the collection of pressure diagrams and ignition timing.

**Features** ● Testing Standards The testing methods are based on the performance testing methods of reciprocating internal combustion engines according to Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B-8002 and the output testing methods for automotive engines according to JIS D-1001. These methods enable comprehensive performance tests including intake pressure standards, throttle valve opening standards, and torque standards, as well as the collection of pressure diagrams and ignition timing. ● Adoption of Cutting-Edge Technology - We have developed a combustion analysis device using personal computers, which has been adopted by many research institutions and educational organizations, receiving positive feedback. This device displays P-V diagrams (indicator diagrams), ignition timing, cylinder and valve movements, vehicle operating conditions, diesel engine injection timing, and needle valve lift on a CRT screen, and outputs to a printer. The software is designed for the latest Windows specifications, making operation very user-friendly. - It is now possible to measure ignition timing simultaneously with cylinder pressure measurement. - Measurement values necessary for performance calculations are captured via an A/D interface board into a computer, where calculations are performed, data is saved, calculation results are displayed, and graphs are outputted.
