■ PLEXUS can provide strong adhesion to a wide range of materials, from plastic molding components such as FRP, epoxy, urethane, ABS, polycarbonate, and acrylic, to metals like stainless steel and aluminum. ■ In most cases, there is no need for sanding or primer treatment during adhesion, significantly reducing the surface preparation process. ■ Due to the fast curing speed characteristic of acrylic adhesives, similar to instant adhesives, it allows for a reduction in curing time. Additionally, since PLEXUS is a two-component reaction type, you can choose the open time (usable time) within the series. ■ It is a room temperature curing type, so no heating treatment or heating equipment is required. ■ PLEXUS does not have the hardness typical of acrylics; instead, it combines high-strength adhesion with the performance of an elastic adhesive (high elongation rate), making it excellent in durability against cyclic fatigue and impacts due to vibrations, achieving highly reliable bonding.
