The standard MG (magnet float) type liquid level gauge has a standard installation length equal to the visible length. - The float for the KLINAGE MG (magnet float) type liquid level gauge is designed, manufactured, and adjusted individually according to the required liquid specific gravity, eliminating the need for error correction in liquid level indication. - The visible direction can be freely changed on-site. - As an interface gauge, it can also measure the interface between two liquids with different specific gravities. - Using a reed switch allows for ON-OFF control of solenoid valves, pumps, etc., in conjunction with liquid level monitoring. - By attaching a magnetic-sensitive level detector to the column body, remote control is possible through a DC 4-20mA output. - Setting the installation length equal to the visible length is easily achievable. - Various MG (magnet float) type liquid level gauges can be manufactured as products certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for high-pressure gas. - It can also be used as a water level gauge for boilers.

The MG (Magnet Float) type liquid level gauge clearly indicates the liquid level on an external indicator attached to the column, using the magnetic force of a magnet embedded in the float within a non-magnetic (stainless steel) column. The indicator is completely isolated from the container, and the liquid level is distinguished between the liquid phase and gas phase by bright red and green colors (black and silver for high-temperature applications). It can also be used as an interface gauge. Options available include a scale plate, reed switches, and analog sensor level detectors.

It is used for liquid level monitoring and control in various plants, tanks, etc., including LPG storage tanks and ammonia storage tanks. It can also be used as a water level gauge for boilers. By optionally installing a reed switch or an analog sensor level detector (4-20mA output), it enables liquid level monitoring as well as control of pumps, valves, etc., and remote monitoring of the liquid level.
