Linear Pulse Coder: WP Series This is a displacement sensor targeting stainless steel wire with a diameter of φ0.2mm, and the sensor body itself has a diameter of φ2.0, making it the industry's smallest and lightest sensor, overturning conventional wisdom. With high responsiveness, it enables fast measurements and can achieve high precision not only in displacement but also in converting to speed and acceleration. Its space-saving design allows for use in a wide range of fields, including inspection equipment, factory facilities, machine tools, medical devices, and robotics. - Measurement range: 12mm, 30mm (custom orders available for measurements up to 200mm, with changes possible for sensor and target diameters, etc.) Additionally, it can be used in liquids such as hydraulic fluids, allowing for displacement measurements in areas that could not be measured with optical sensors. The target wire for detection can vary from φ0.2 to φ1.0, and while direct measurement is standard, it is also possible to create the sensor shape in a curve. It can be used to measure large displacement amounts in confined spaces.
