It is compatible with almost all materials, including paper, plastic sheets, aluminum foil, and rubber sheets. As long as it is within the standard range, there is no need for adjustment even if the thickness changes. It is an automatic adaptive type. (Example: ordinary pulp paper thickness from 0.02mm to 1mm) With just one switch, it can accommodate thick sheets, making it very versatile and convenient. (Example: thickness from 0.5mm to 2mm)

SUPER 3T is a two-layer prevention sensor that uses ultrasonic technology. By successfully digitizing the transmission circuit into a quartz oscillation signal, it can output powerful transmission energy stably over a long period, allowing the distance between the transmission and reception sensor heads to be expanded to 30-50mm. Furthermore, it has achieved stable output despite temperature changes. It uses a filter circuit that blocks noise from commercial frequencies of 50-60Hz, as well as noise from motors and solenoids, allowing only the sensor frequency to pass through, cutting low and high-frequency noise by over 99%. The development of the industry's first new digital transmission and reception circuit completely eliminates external ultrasonic noise, resulting in more stable and reliable detection. The controller unit is equipped with a sensor indicator that shows the reception status of the sensor head, allowing monitoring of the ultrasonic reception condition.
