With one compatible bolt, four types of installations are possible, eliminating the need for several types of bolts for mold clamping. ■□■Features■□■ ■The body can be removed and installed by simply rotating the bolt 0.5 to 1 turn. ■It can easily accommodate the thickness of commercially available mold bases with a one-touch mechanism. ■When attaching and detaching the mold, the clamping washer on the die plate of the horizontal molding machine is always oriented vertically, making it easy to insert and remove the body from the side. ■If there is no clearance on the die plate, it can be installed by shifting the block. ■The wide contact area of the block prevents damage to the die plate and bolt holes. ■The body and block are connected by a link, preventing loss and making mold attachment and detachment easy. ■The bolt is tightened vertically, preventing damage to the threads of the die plate. ■For more details, please contact us.
