About the OLM type (overload stop mechanism) and M2 type OLM type (overload stop mechanism) (standard product) It stops when an overload is applied at any position within the stroke. Even at the stroke end, it mechanically applies an overload to switch the limit switch. If it stops due to an overload (when the OLM is activated), the next operation will move in the opposite direction, not the same direction as before stopping. M2 type (optional specification) *Depending on the usage, the M2 type may be the most suitable option. Each stroke end is equipped with a limit switch (LS1, LS2), and the limit switch on the side that reaches the stroke end is turned on (the switch contact becomes NO) and stops. Additionally, during the stroke, the contacts of the limit switches are both NC (normally closed), allowing for repeated forward, stop, and reverse operations freely. The motor will not stop unless it reaches the stroke end. The difference from the OLM type is that it operates under conditions where there is no stop due to overload.
