For the evaluation of cells and modules.
At Eihon Seiki, as a pioneer with over 10 years of experience in solar cell measurement, we have successfully developed an I-V curve tracer capable of measuring silicon-based solar cells to next-generation solar cells. This next-generation I-V curve tracer, "MP-160," is a solar cell evaluation device with a wide measurement range and high resolution that can meet all requirements, from ultra-low output cells to high-output modules, based on a newly designed electronic load method. In outdoor measurements, the automatic measurement mode allows for long-term continuous data acquisition, and by connecting an optional module scanner, simultaneous evaluation of up to 48 modules is possible, making it suitable for exposure degradation tests. In indoor measurements, high-speed simultaneous sampling of voltage, current, and light intensity (such as reference cells) is enabled, and the fluctuation correction function of the lamp light source allows for more precise measurements. Additionally, it supports steady-state and flash light solar simulators, and by combining it with a cooling constant temperature plate for cell temperature control and an automatic transport device, it can be introduced from research facilities to the latest production lines.
