● Stainless steel ball taps used for liquid level control. They are also referred to as float valves. ● The materials for ball taps include brass, BC6, PVC, SUS, etc., and the sizes vary by material, ranging from 10A to 200A. ● Stainless steel ball taps use lost-wax SCS14 (equivalent to SUS316) for the main body components from 15A to 50A, while the rest are generally made of SUS316. The seat packing uses Viton (fluororubber), designed for good corrosion resistance and high-temperature use (5°C to 150°C). (Some sizes are also available with Teflon packing.) ● Additionally, there are single and double types. The double type can be used when the fluid pressure is higher and has a greater discharge capacity.
