The PS91 is an electronic vacuum switch used for atmospheric pressure confirmation in vacuum processes for semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment. As it is an electronic switch with no moving parts, it offers a longer lifespan. Additionally, it employs an international standard (ISO) quick-release coupling that does not require bolts or nuts, making it easy to attach and detach. By not using oil, it achieves a longer lifespan compared to existing products.
