A high-temperature wind sensor (up to 120℃) has been developed! You can easily understand the wind speed distribution around the engine and radiator!
● The wind speed distribution of the air passing through the radiator and the wind speed distribution inside the engine room can be measured at up to 256 points. The wind speed measurement range is from 0.2 m/s to 30 m/s, measured with sensors and a multi-point wind speed output unit. (Temperature range is from 0°C to 120°C) ● The sensor unit can accommodate a thermal wind speed sensor and a wind temperature sensor in a stainless steel case. It can also be easily installed at measurement points within the engine room. ● By arranging ultra-compact wind speed and wind temperature sensors, the resistance is smaller compared to conventional propeller types, allowing for the measurement of wind speed and temperature distribution of the airflow passing over the radiator surface. Additionally, our products are manufactured and calibrated domestically (in-house), enabling quick responses for repairs and recalibrations. ● The calibration of the sensors is performed with the sensors placed in the case using our calibrated wind tunnel and a traceable calibration system, ensuring high-precision measurements. The high-temperature multi-point wind speed measurement output unit "PtY-160DA" is a multi-point wind speed and temperature measurement system that can expand up to 16 channels using the ultra-compact high-temperature adhesive wind speed and temperature probe "PWT-05" with a single unit. This unit can connect up to 16 units, allowing for the measurement of wind speed distribution across a maximum of 256 channels. Additionally, using monitoring software, monitoring and logging can be performed on a PC.
