- Water Absorption: It has water absorption comparable to that of water-absorbing plastics (less than 1/10 of plywood), and is effective for water resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption. - Impact Resistance: It ensures impact resistance equivalent to that of general-purpose plastics. It can also be handled like wood, such as with nail driving. - Workability: It can be processed into uneven shapes with heat pressing. During pressing, materials like cross-laminated wood or synthetic paper can be used as surface materials. Pelletization also allows for injection molding.
