◆◇◆Features◆◇◆ The system automatically performs each process of product extraction, weight measurement, filling amount correction, mold cleaning, burr removal from molded products, and replacement of alignment plates. Since all important processes are configured to allow NC control, setup changes can be made by simply exchanging compatible hand units (approximately 2 minutes) and changing parameters through part number recall (instantaneously) or teaching (approximately 3 minutes). (This applies to all functions: extraction, burr removal, and mold cleaning.) The complex control circuits of the AC servo press, the operation touch panel, and the CNC alignment device utilize optimal I/O control circuits and communication lines for I/O. This system, which can provide optimal solutions to the diverse demands of various sites, can greatly contribute to improving the capabilities, ensuring the reliability, and enhancing the competitiveness of your powder molding processes.
