It aligns chips and small components with a consistently stable vibration. The amplitude of the pallet creates a smooth work movement through a vertical motion that closely resembles circular motion, combined with various settings for frequency and amplitude. Difficult tasks that previously relied on manual labor have been made possible through a unique alignment mechanism. The operation is automated via a digital display with touch panel input and programs set in the controller. ■ Operating Modes The BFP-2AE allows selection from manual mode, auto mode, and random mode, with the capability to store 20 programs in each.
