【Features】 ○ A slim head sensor with a thickness of 36mm to shorten the overall length of the mounting equipment when integrated into a hydraulic cylinder. ○ The output signal is compatible with the GYcRS probe, allowing the controller to be used in combination with GYFC2 or GYHC for analog output, and GYDC-05 for digital output. ○ It can also be combined with a digital output display (GKS-01). ○ Linearity: ±0.025% FS or less TYP. ○ Resolution (analog): 16bit (when connected to GYHC). ○ Resolution (digital): Min. 1μm (when connected to GYDC-05). ○ Repeatability: ±0.01% FS or less. ○ Temperature characteristics: ±20ppm FS/℃ or less. ○ Pressure resistance: 35MPa (static pressure) (probe rod section). ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
