【Features】 ○ It enables complete automation, achieving space-saving, labor-saving, and reduced equipment costs. ○ Effective pressurized filtration operations can be performed using N2 gas. ○ The conical container performs a 180° reciprocating motion, allowing for efficient stirring, cleaning, and drying operations through three-dimensional material movement within the container. ○ During drying, heat media is supplied to the underside of the filter cloth, allowing even the damp filter cloth to be dried. ○ Product adhesion to the filter cloth can be removed using reverse wash pulses of N2 gas. ○ Filter cloth replacement can be easily done with a manual clutch. ○ Due to vacuum low-temperature drying, oxidation treatment can be performed, preventing oxidation and deterioration of the product. ○ A dry seal is adopted, enabling contamination-free operations and compliance with GMP and HACCP. ○ Harmful substance treatment, which poses hygiene issues in the working environment, can be conducted in a closed operation. ○ Operations can be performed in a pressure-resistant explosion-proof area for handling hazardous materials.
