This is a current-voltage characteristic measurement device for integrated solar cells. The integrated solar cell panel surface is irradiated with line light while moving in steps, and the current-voltage characteristics are measured by dividing the receiving surface into strips at each step. Based on the characteristic information obtained from the measurement values within the panel surface, the uniformity of performance and local defects are inspected and diagnosed. Features: 1. Irradiation Section - Low cost due to the use of LED lamps. - Control of the LED lamps can be selected from two types: ACC/APC. ACC Control: Constant current control (set current in mA) APC Control: Constant illuminance control (set illuminance in mW) 2.
