This is the powerful ultrasonic deburring and cleaning device, the PERION-DB series, equipped with a cavitation enhancement system (degasification device). There are two basic frequencies for the ultrasonic: 20KHz and 25KHz. The standard models include five types: 1200W, 2400W, 3600W, 4800W, and 6000W, but custom models can be made up to 14400W. The deburring tank features two rectifying chambers and one overflow tank to control the cavitation for deburring. It comes with our unique maintenance-friendly filtration system and is equipped with a vertical oscillation device, allowing for uniform deburring and cleaning. The deburring cleaning liquid is primarily water, but we can accommodate your preferences with options such as water-soluble surfactants, coolant, rust prevention oil, cutting oil, and hydrocarbon solvents.
