● This is a newly designed high-speed cutter aimed at achieving a 60% increase in the cutting capability of the conventional sheet cutter through guillotine cutting at maximum speed. ● While maintaining the usability of the conventional PT-α series, we have added inspection functions in line with the increased feeding and cutting speeds, and newly designed an external feeding device to accommodate larger diameter rolls. ● The maximum cutting speed has been achieved at 302 sheets per minute (with a 73mm feed), and the long-length cutting speed is now capable of 162 sheets per minute (with a 292mm feed). ● The inspection function comes standard with back-side tape detection, and an optional label drop detection (up to 5 columns) can be added. ● Automation of the paper guide has also been realized, allowing it to keep up with cutting speeds. ● The machine is designed to be compact, making it easy to move.
