All models provide continuous high output from 165nm to 400nm. The VUV model achieves strong UV irradiation in the short wavelength range of 115nm to 180nm. Particularly at 121nm and 125nm, it achieves about 200 times the irradiation intensity compared to wavelengths beyond 170nm. The D200 series comes with a dedicated power supply unit, PSD200.
