"Spikuron" is a cyclone-type coolant purification device that improves grinding precision and suppresses the degradation of grinding fluid. Unlike the magnetic method, it does not discriminate between magnetic and non-magnetic materials. It achieves high cleaning efficiency for various solid particles, resulting in more stable finishing precision and surface roughness of the workpiece, while reducing the frequency of dressing the grinding wheel. We offer a lineup including the "Standard C-type Spikuron," which has significantly improved maintenance compared to conventional models, and the "Compo-type Spikuron."
