The insulation principle of the main component, vacuum beads, is originally patented in the United States and is famously applied in the heat-resistant tiles of the Space Shuttle. The insulation paint is a derivative (spin-off) of NASA technology, developed by an American paint manufacturer, and Heat Cut is also an imported product from the United States. 1. It is an insulation material that can reflect or re-radiate 96% of radiant heat from a heat source with a coating of just 0.38mm, keeping transmitted heat to 4%, and its application fields are significantly broader compared to traditional materials like glass wool. 2. It does not use organic solvents, making it non-toxic and eliminating the need for dangerous operations such as explosions. 3. Unlike glass wool, it is very easy to handle, including transportation costs. 4. Compared to conventional heat insulation work, it offers overwhelmingly high work efficiency. 5. It also excels in soundproofing, waterproofing, water repellency, condensation prevention, freeze damage resistance, and salt damage resistance.

1. Please keep the doors and windows of the painting work area open to ensure proper ventilation. Also, confirm that the temperature in the work area is above 5°C. 2. Remove any fine dust, sand, rust, etc., from the surface of the object to be painted in advance, and apply a rust preventive coating if it is made of metal or similar materials. 3. The inside of the heat cut can is separated into two layers: a light powdery crust about 80% down from the top of the lid and water that remains below it, so be sure to stir it before use. When stirring, insert a wooden stick or similar tool and slowly mix from the bottom to form a creamy liquid without splattering the upper crust. If it does not become creamy after stirring, mix in up to 5% water. Generally, do not mix in water. 4. The heat insulation effect of heat cut is proportional to the density of the tiny ceramic beads contained in the paint components. It can be applied using a brush, roller, or air gun (with a nozzle diameter of 2.5mm or more), but using an airless gun for high-density application (15-22 MPA) will achieve the heat insulation effect specified in the catalog. 5. The applicable temperature range for heat cut is -42°C to +287°C (instantaneous).
