Are you struggling with rubber burrs? Review your process to reduce complaints and re-inspection time!

★Attention Quality Control Personnel★ Are you struggling with leftover rubber burrs? Are you applying sufficient pressure? Reviewing the pressure can solve your rubber burr issues.
A common complaint about rubber products is "flash remaining." "There is rubber flash left on the product." "Can't we finish the flash more neatly?" When molding rubber, the rubber material is sandwiched in a mold and heated, so any parts that protrude from the mold become rubber flash. A frequent cause of flash remaining is the case where "the press pressure is weak and it hasn't been fully pressed." *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
Is recycled rubber harmful? With the right recycled rubber, it is possible to create environmentally friendly and sustainable rubber products!

I thought costs would go down, but the workload increased... Solved by re-evaluating recycled rubber! Introducing case studies on rubber materials, rubber molding, sustainability, and problem-solving!
In rubber products, recycled rubber, which is made by recycling materials like used tires, may be used. The advantages of using recycled rubber include "being sustainable as it is a recycled product" and "lower cost compared to regular rubber materials." However, there were concerns that "mixing inexpensive recycled rubber to reduce costs did not work well," resulting in "twice the usual molding time" and "an increase in defects." Upon investigation, it was found that "the curing time for the rubber was taking more than twice as long" and "gas release was becoming worse." The properties of recycled rubber can vary significantly depending on the quality of the rubber before recycling, and this tendency is more pronounced in lower-grade, inexpensive products, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality. Therefore, when we used recycled rubber that had a proven track record in our company, we were able to achieve "normal curing times" and "a significant reduction in defects." ★A must-see for those in the production field★ "Worn out within a week of use" "Unable to achieve desired effects" We propose suitable rubber materials!
In the manufacturing process, there are often needs such as "not wanting to conduct electricity," "wanting a firm grip," and "wanting to prevent oil and water leaks." For these reasons, "rubber" is often used. On the other hand, that "rubber" is also frequently used in environments exposed to ultra-high concentrations of acidic chemicals or organic chemicals, as well as high and low temperatures. As a result, issues arise such as, "It becomes ragged in a week, rendering the rubber useless," and "Despite not wanting to conduct electricity, it ends up conducting electricity, leading to a mountain of defects." We will solve such problems. *For more details, please refer to our case studies or feel free to contact us. Shinei Rubber Industry primarily manufactures and sells rubber products ranging from hand-sized to over one meter. <What Shinei Rubber Industry can do> - Rubber material formulation design: Creating rubber recipes to meet required standards. - Material mixing and prototype molding: Confirming consistency with required standards and stability during mass production transition. - Mass production with specified formulations: Establishing mass production processes based on predetermined formulations. - Transfer-type acceptance: Responding quickly to the transfer of fluid products (with transfer achievements in as little as one week).

★A Must-See for Product Development Managers★ "One-of-a-Kind" Rubber Products Wanted! Produce rubber products without making molds, achieving a significant reduction in development time. Case studies are currently being introduced.
We often receive inquiries about whether it's possible to create 'one-of-a-kind' rubber products. In response to such inquiries, are you told, 'It's difficult without a mold' or 'The material lot doesn't match,' and then you give up? Are you paying high mold costs for prototypes, even though there's a possibility of shape changes or rejection, or are you forced to mass-produce without being able to confirm functionality? Good news for those in such situations! It is possible to create 'one-of-a-kind' rubber products and reduce the development time and costs. Rubber products are often used as 'one part of a machine.' Therefore, as development progresses, the shape or required properties may change. The solution to such concerns is prototyping rubber products through 'machining.' This is perfect for shape confirmation and functionality checks during development! We can accommodate a wide range of sizes, from small items about 3 centimeters, like those in the photo, to larger items that are about the size of both hands, and even long items around 90 centimeters. Since we do not create molds, we can reduce the lead time and costs by about 50% to 80%. *Please note that there are conditions regarding materials and compatible shapes. Case Study: The labor shortage is so severe that we cannot produce rubber products... Solving the crisis of delivery delays through mold transfer!
As the new coronavirus has transitioned to Category 5 and economic activities have returned to normal, the labor shortage has become serious. I believe many in the manufacturing industry are facing similar concerns. Amidst this, we received an SOS consultation stating, "We have many orders, but we can't produce because we don't have enough people." If this continues, there will be delays in delivery, which will significantly impact the supply chain... 【Immediate response with mold transfer!】 Our team rushed to the site, checked the actual products and molds, made slight changes to the installation specifications, and temporarily transferred the molds to our company. After the transfer, we rapidly conducted backup production. We have a proven track record of handling sudden mold transfers, which allowed us to respond effectively! Case Study: We want to make a rubber product in a different color for part of it... Introducing a case where we created a two-colored rubber product by integrally molding rubber of different colors! Now available!
We received the request to 'want to add a yellow mark to make part of it stand out' and 'want it to be integrally molded so that the mark cannot be removed.' When it comes to integrally molding, the key point to pay attention to is 'ensuring that the black rubber does not cover the yellow mark area.' To clear this point, it is necessary to thoroughly develop the following two aspects: 1. The mold for shaping 2. The method of incorporating the rubber material During the prototype stage, there were instances where the black rubber covered the yellow mark or the yellow mark was misaligned, making it difficult to achieve successful integral molding. However, by repeatedly improving the method of incorporating the rubber material, we were able to eliminate misalignment and rubber coverage. For more details, please download the catalog.
