This experiment started last month, and on this day, seven officials from the prefecture inspected the facility set up at Hiratani Elementary School and received explanations about shrimp farming from the representatives of the contracted company. The program introduced the use of our IoT monitoring system to measure temperature and oxygen levels, allowing for remote monitoring of water conditions.

The MLR-429 is a wireless module that focuses on serial communication, aiming for miniaturization and ease of integration. In addition to conventional FSK mode communication, it features a LoRa mode that enables ultra-long-range communication at a low bit rate. In LoRa mode, it achieves a communication distance of over 10 km in line of sight, despite having a low transmission power due to its excellent reception sensitivity. It connects to external microcontrollers or PCs via a UART interface, allowing for data transmission and device control using our unique command system developed in the industrial sector.
