Cybertech Inc. has revamped its local recruitment website to strengthen the hiring capabilities of its offshore base, the "Cebu IT Outsourcing Center," located in Cebu, Philippines (Renewal date: June 3, 2024). The "Cebu IT Outsourcing Center" was established in 2006 and has a long history as a Japanese offshore base in the Cebu area of the Philippines. While Cybertech is a vendor that develops and provides its main product, a domestic manual CMS called "PMX," the "Cebu IT Outsourcing Center" offers robust IT services that guarantee "100% Japanese communication through Japanese staff" for clients in Japan, in addition to product development. The "Cebu IT Outsourcing Center" has overcome various challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the natural disaster caused by a massive typhoon that struck Cebu in December 2021. This time, the English version of the recruitment website has been renewed with the aim of strengthening the hiring capabilities of Filipino engineers on-site.
