Takagi Seiko Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the "Advanced Materials Technology Exhibition 2025" hosted by SAMPE Japan (General Incorporated Association of Advanced Materials Technology). ▶ Introduction of Super Engineering Plastic Carbon Fiber Molded Products Clips used in aircraft structures have traditionally been made of aluminum, but in recent years, there has been a shift towards products made with thermosetting resins for the purpose of weight reduction. Our company is focusing on composite materials that combine thermoplastic super engineering plastics with carbon fibers, and by utilizing our unique molding system, we are engaged in research and development of clips that achieve both lightweight and high-speed mass production. ▶ Introduction of Liners for High-Pressure Hydrogen Tanks By leveraging our rotational molding technology, we have achieved the production of seamless, long liners for hydrogen tanks while keeping capital investment low. This technology not only contributes to the spread of environmentally friendly hydrogen energy but also promotes carbon neutrality from both the material aspect, by using plant-derived resins, and the manufacturing process. In addition to being able to check actual product samples, our staff will explain the technology overview using poster panels and other materials.
