Aiens Co., Ltd. (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President: Kenji Yoshida, hereinafter referred to as Aiens) has received the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Agency Award at the 47th Excellent Environmental Equipment Awards, hosted by the Japan Industrial Machinery Manufacturers Association, on July 15, 2021, for its exhaust gas treatment device "Deo-Riser." Aiens' Deo-Riser is a wet scrubber device that captures harmful exhaust gases and dust in various industrial fields. It boasts a high gas-liquid contact efficiency by forming a water film, effectively capturing odor components. Additionally, it is equipped with an air diffusion pipe aqua blaster in the tank, which biodegrades the captured organic matter, suppressing the decay of circulating water and the generation of sludge, thus achieving long-term closed circulation of the water. [Reason for the Award] The award was given in recognition of the Deo-Riser's high capture performance for odor substances and fine dust compared to conventional packed wet scrubbers, its ease of maintenance, and its ability to suppress sludge generation and reduce the burden on the global environment.
