The Nine Prefectures and Cities Leaders' Conference is a meeting held with the aim of actively addressing regional issues by the governors of Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, and Kanagawa, as well as the mayors of Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, Saitama, and Sagamihara. Since 2010, the conference has awarded the "Shining Industrial Technology Award of the Nine Prefectures and Cities" to companies excelling in the nine prefectures and cities, recognizing their outstanding technologies as a common asset. In this award ceremony, nine companies, including ours, were nominated. Our reason for receiving the award was the development of the industry's first commercially available 100V direct connection brushless motor. Governor Koike also attended the ceremony, and the atmosphere was celebratory and pleasant throughout.
