JIS規格にも採用されているアセトン蒸着後の灰化により分散染色法に対応しした灰化装置です。装置はSTARTボタンで最適なチューニングを行い、無人でプラズマ処理～大気開放まで行います。さらに建材中に含まれる有機物を原子状酸素レベルで灰化し取り除くことでアスベスト同定に威力発揮します。
