TG-DTAとGC/MSを用いた複合解析

TG-DTA（熱重量-示差熱）分析とGC/MS分析を併用することで、最適な温度条件を選んで未知の高分子材料及び含有する揮発性有機化合物をそれぞれ同定することが可能です。市販製品のプラスチック部分の熱分解温度を調べ、熱分解温度以下での緩やかな昇温（熱脱着法）と、その後の高温での瞬間加熱（熱分解法）の2条件でGC/MS測定を連続的に行うこと（ダブルショット法）により、このプラスチックはAS樹脂であり、添加剤として酸化防止剤：IRGANOX 1076が含まれていることがわかりました。
